The Guamuhaya mountain massif is one of the natural regions of the country with special significance for the protection of biological diversity; therefore, the interest of this work is to update the inventory of this flora. 195 families, 854 genera, 1801 species and 293 endemisms were quantified. The predominant biological types were hemicryptophytes, nanophanerophytes and microphanerophytes, and in the endemisms nanophanerophytes, microphanerophytes and hemicryptophytes stood out. In the territory it was obtained that 4.6% of the families contributed the largest number of genera (42.6%) and species (38%). The families with the largest number of genera and species were: Asteraceae, Rubiaceae and Fabaceae. The most abundant genera in species were Thelypteris, Asplenium, Miconia, Peperomia, Tillandsia, Eugenia, Cyperus, Paspalum. Pan-Cuban endemisms and disjuncts predominated, mainly from Western and Central Cuba.
