Abstract

Hyphomycetes (sexual states of Ascomycota) and Myxomycetes collected at the Biosphere Reserve Ciénaga de Zapata, Matanzas province, were inventoried. From collections made by authors in the study area, Fungi of Cuba Data Bases, and mycological literature, 155 species of hyphomycetes belonging to 112 genera and 22 Myxomycetes species belonging to 13 genera were compiled. Twenty species of myxomycetes are new records for the area.
